ResearchKeyword.com publishes Research Keyword, a keyword research tool. This website explains the product and how to get help. Accounts and keyword lookups run in the app at app.researchkeyword.com.

What this site collects

You can read the site without creating an account. The host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We use those logs to keep the site reliable and to investigate abuse.

If you email support, or send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the message, and any details you choose to include, such as a website or a topic. We use that information to reply and to handle billing or access questions. We do not sell personal information.

The app

Signup, payment, and the keyword tool happen on the app, which is a separate service. This marketing site does not collect your password and does not store your keyword history. The app's own screens describe what it needs to run your account.

Cookies

This marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. A host or security service in front of the site may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to deliver the page or to block abuse. Fonts are stored on this site, so reading the pages does not call a third-party font host.

How long we keep information

Server logs are kept for as long as the host retains them for security, then deleted or rotated. Email we receive is kept long enough to finish the conversation and to keep a record of billing questions, then removed when we no longer need it for that purpose.

Children

Research Keyword is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
